I'm feeling pretty good about things this morning; however, I don't want to get my hopes up just yet. I did that last time, only to stand there and watch the judge strike down our proposal within a matter of minutes. The details of this new deal still need to be ironed out, and it's pending approval. Then we'll have to see what the judge thinks come December 13.
